EPOS SUPPORT SERVICES  

Our Service & Support Team work hard to ensure your system is installed correctly and to a high standard.Our highly specialised team of engineers will be happy to answer any questions that you may have through out the process of your installation, and if anything happens to your machine in your care, we are able to supply you with information via our Help Desk (*Chargeable) ensuring that you are provided with a solution to your problem as soon as possible.

Installations

Our Installations Service begins with an appointment with one of our specialised team of Engineers who will visit your business to install your equipment promptly.

Once an Installation is complete and if further assistance is needed we supply a number of Support Services that will provide you with the information you need if any part of your system falters. These include. 

Remote Support

Our Remote Diagnostics and Dial-In Service operates on PC based Touch Screens and Back Office Systems enabling our engineers to dial into your system so that they can correct the technical errors that may be causing problems throughout your system.

Field Support

The Field Support Service provides an on-site nationwide coverage if your system needs to be taken away for repair.

Helpdesk

Our Help Desk Service is designed for customers who require telephone assistance and guidance with technical issues or just need to ask a question.

Out of Hours Telephone Support

Our Out of Hours Extended Telephone Support Service is available if you experience technical difficulties, with your system outside, of normal business hours.

Support Contracts

We offer multiple types of Support Contracts under strict Service Level Agreement terms that cover the Services carried out through Langley Business Systems Support Division.
